This is interesting......I mentioned this briefly in my other thread, but since it is becoming so much of an annoyance decided to make a dedicated thread.......when you either key on or start the car every light in the car blinks like the turn signals inside lights, headlights, tail lights, instrument lights...everything...the only that doesnt blink is high beam headlights. I removed the headlight switch thinking it needed replaced, but at key on everything still blinked! with the switch totally out. So I tried pulling the headlight fuse underhood...that did it. No blinking....the headlights are aftermarket projector lights, and the wiring is a hacked up mess...something obviously is wired wrong somewhere......
