My Colt has a horrible oil leak, nearly a quart every 2 days, or 100 miles. It's getting to the point where it's soaking my alternator and I have to clean the engine bay out every time I drive my car, but I can't tell where it's coming from.
I bought a cam seal and timing belt for the car to change them both at the same time, but now my suspicion is the crank seal. Is this common on the 4G15? I previously thought it was the oil pan gasket and changed it (twice, to be sure) and then to be able to see if there was leaks I sprayed the oil pan with some orange engine enamel I had. Nothing. It's all coming from the face of the engine, going ALL over so I can't tell the source.
Had the top timing cover off, the cam gear looked clean and the belt was dry, so I don't think it's the crank seal now. I'm getting frustrated... I've had fewer problems out of my 4G63 and 4G63T cars than out of this low-mileage 4G15 (76k and counting, I'm the second owner after a little old lady from Arkansas).
Any tips would be appreciated. The car is a 4G15 w/carb, no ECU.

. I'm 100% certain it's motor oil. And my water is 50/50 with antifreeze, completely clear green. Oil is a light brown as I do change my oil often (and it changes itself even more often as of late).
