so i have a 91 colt with a 4g15 in it, got it with a bad fuel pump, i replaced the pump, started up fine with the tank down within a few cranks, so I put the tank back up and the fuel pump stopped priming, and car wont start. Im baffled at this point. I disconnected the fuel line from the filter to see if it was getting fuel and nothing was coming out. so i dropped the tank, disconnected the line right after the tank, and gas will spray out after it cranks for roughly 4-5 seconds. The fuel pump doesn't prime when I turn the key like it used to (or at least i am assuming it did since it was starting within the first few cranks before). I am thinking maybe the fp relay is shot, the car sat for 3 years so i dont know if that would make relays become stuck. The car has new fuel pump, strainer, and fuel filter also.
