another WTF am i doing wrong?

ok my car all of a sudden took a big fat sh!t on me. my car was tuned at the same s-afc settings about a month ago and ran a 12.8.

-24@2k -30@3k -28@4k -32@5k [email protected] -33@6k -32@7k -30@8k

logged my car last night in about 70 degree whether after some light driving.

my timming is retarded and all over the got to 21 then drops 20@2000rpms, 16, 13, 8@ 3765rpms 8, 7, 9, 12, 13, 36 at redline WTF IS GOING ON. my o2 voltage is .92 across the board. did i break something.

please help! im at work and i dont even want to drive my car home.

setup is in my profile. and i think i have a leaky injector would that cause a problem?

do another log and post every rpm you record up in a table with rpm, timing, and O2 so its easy to follow...

no i belive the o2 sensor is working if i fiddle with my s-afc setting my o2v changes according to what i tune. but why is my timming all f-ed up? my settings are not even way off from where they "should be". its not like i have leaned the car out way to much or im running pig rich. im totally confused as what is going on. how should i be trying to tune this thing. it seems quick all of a sudden again but not as quick as it was before. and it has that pulling timming droning sound to the exhaust.
