I was doing my timing had all mark's lined up, cam's were flush with cylinder head surface, and the crank pulley was set to TDC, oil pump was also in phase. I set the belt and pulled the pin from the tensioner, all was lined up good. I rotated the crank pulley 6 to 8 times and now the exhaust cam gear seems to be off a tooth. I can turn the crank to make the 2 cam gear notches line up, and the motor is still on the dead spot for TDC. Is this okay? Here's a couple pictures. I just need to know forsure before i go tear it back down. Thanks

Run a straight edge through the center of both cam gear bolts. The timing marks should rest right on that straight edge. Rotate the crank slightly to get the marks to line up. If they never line up, your timing is off.

if the marks line up when you turn it it should be fine, since the exhaust cam always wants to sit a little out anyway. did you turn the exhaust cam to line the marks up int the first place? although it does look a tooth off at least.

Is this acceptable after 6 revolutions?

I ran my car for about 10 minutes, turned it off, now my belt is lose on top. what could cause that?

You may not have tightened the adjustment pulley enough, I hope you already know this but DO NOT RUN THE CAR WITH THE BELT LOOSE! Check the gap on the hydraulic tensioner and see if it is still within spec, that will tell you where your problem is.
