Bad news update. :(

Some theives recently broke into this car and stole alot of stuff. If anyone sees the turbo and/or radiator/water pump combo for sale anywhere, get ahold of me asap. Chances are that they won't be selling any of it on any DSM forums though. They also took the JM Fab drag manifold, which has a distinct notch on the underside of the plenum to clear the chassis. They purposely left the header, probably because it would be nearly impossible to sell it to anyone under the radar.

If you guys see any of this stuff on eBay or craigslist, please shoot me a PM. Thanks.

What the hell is wrong is people. Is this car in michigan? Id keep an eye on xceed maybe.

This honestly angers me more than anything. People like that deserve one to the head. This world would be so much better if thats how they were treated.

Also a cheap substitution for the 42r for now would be an hx55 just a thought.
There isn't a v-band inlet turbine housing available for it though, right?

I'd much rather compound turbo it with a T3 50-trim and an HX55, but that's just me. :D

No I believe it's not available in vband. You're right that thing in a compound set up would be even crazier and huge amounts of torque. I think this could turn into a whole other beast! :hmm:

I've been trying to talk him into compound turbocharging since day one. Maybe I'll have to keep trying. ;)

There's a fine line between terribly too bad, and tragic. This is pushing that line :(

Hopefully something will happen with this car one way or another, there's so much time, money, work, parts, thought, effort, etc in here. I also personally know that karma can be a BiTcHHH. So hopefully this wasn't coming for him, and it's just a matter of time when this guy get's a big break for the better :thumb:

Good luck to the owner!
