ok I'm really at a loss here and im about to just shove my car off a cliff. It's been stalling coming down to idle for quite some time and it's really starting to make daily driving dangerous as i have to try to three foot it to feather the gas down everytime i slow down while holding the clutch and brake. If i just push in the clutch and let it free fall it will usually catch itself but not till like 4 or 500 rpm. If i let off f
irst and then push the clutch in after its cut fuel on decel it falls almost instantly to 0 rpm and just dies.
I've also had this annoying crap where it will idle at like 2400 rpm if im moving more than 15 mph but lately its been quitting that when i get the car fully warmed up. I've gone through every sensor and adjusted or replaced or tested all of them all check out, my fiav is blocked off, i'm positive my isc is good and in working order, fuel pressure stays consistent when it comes down to idle and i have no boost leaks that i could hear or tell. That being said its been doing this for quite some time, the abs in my car has always been disabled as it hasnt worked since i bought it and is now all out (the abs computer is still there), it did it both when i was still running my stock maf and ecu and now that i'm running jackal and speed density.
It's not my lightweight flywheel, i rode that for almost a year with perfect idling until this randomly started. The last thing i remember doing before it started this was putting my new e316g in with 2g mani and MR o2 housing, my new boost gauge, and the native wideband where my narrow band used to be. The wideband was set so that output number 1 was simulated narrowband when i was still on the stock computer and is now set properly as a wideband signal as that's what jackal calls for, and is set to run in closed loop at under 35% throttle.
I've seriously replaced every seal that i can think of that's associated with air intake (aside from the ones in the middle of the cyclone mani but those arent leaking), and still it just wont fall correctly to idle. If just idling it idles amazing, but coming down it always dies. Just did a compression test and it came up kinda odd but ok still #1 160 #2 145 #3 140 #4 170. It burns no oil or coolant, and the head was rebuilt like 40k ago, and the block only has like 80k on it. Maybe my valve seals could be going? but i dont burn oil so i dont really think it can be that. Oh and when it falls low to idle my wideband reads really lean. I'm really at a loss here and really fed up with this. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance guys.
