Find a bad transmission (FWD) and swap the bell housings. The dis-assembly isn't really too hard, just time consuming.

I'm taking about the Retainer sleeve replacement. but I search it again and it says that its only for AWD tranny that can change it?

Best bet I can think of Is sand it with a high grit like 2000 or something. Then put some grease and throw the TOB on there and see if it can move up and down smoothly
