This is the hard recirculating pipe that I made today for my bov.

My car has had a serious problem with idling and I was (and still am) getting ready to put in a new iac sensor. However since I put the hard pipe in my car has not cut off during idle nor even had a rough idle. I believe that the original rubber recirculating pipe may have been old and porous therefore allowing some unintended venting. That could have been causing the rough idle. Also as a nice side effect the hard material seems to reverberate the blow off sound almost giving a venting quality without sacrificing performance.

I just thought that I would share this In case someone else is having a hard time idling and either has tried other things or wants to try this first seeing as how it cost $10. Or if someone just can't get enough of the swoosh. ;)

Oh and sorry the picture is not so great. It was taken on my phone at night.

im just trying to figure out why they closed that other thread, did it get dirty or something?!? :|
