Here's the project I've been working on. I need to build a jig to make assembly easier but i'm pretty happy with how they turned out!

I ordered a set and installed them on a Spyder. Not too hard yet not to easy. That hardest part is being careful not to break the plastic parts on the rest of the handle housing. But other than that, they are very functional. I did have to trim a little on the housing for smooth operation, but it worked great!

I keep refining them with each batch. Once I get them perfect someone may actually produce a cast or billet handle.
