Alternator? Lights turn on, wont shut off/no power to seat/radio

Hey guys, just a quick question..I just bought a new battery for my Eclipse because its been sitting for about a month and a half..I put the new battery in but I have no power to the power seat or the radio. The wipers seem weak, the battery and the coolant temp light is on, those were on about 7 months ago and then I had the alternator changed about 5 months ago and they went off.. i'm really hoping its not the alternator again..but I went back and had the battery I purchased checked and it was good. Had 900 cca since it was soo new rated for 550. Anyways also when you turn the lights on they wont shut off either now unless you unhook the battery... any ideas? This is driving me insane Also the car started up and ran perfect.

Yes thank you, this post is resolved.

It was the Alternator fuse. 100amp blue fuse.
