Is there any alternative to the drain washers, I need to drive my car have crazy leak on the moroso pan from the turbo drain. I’ve went through a lot of forums but none clearly say what else to use that works. I saw someone said very small o-rings have worked, and or could I just use regular copper crush washers that are small enough? I also ordered some of the actual washers in case but still I want the car to be running asap as it’s temporarily my daily

The OEM bolts have an o-ring / crush washer hybrid. Or the Morrison Fab drain kits have allen head bolts with O-rings underneath the head of the allen. Regardless of which I use, I always put a small amount of rtv on the bolts and both sides of the gasket. Anytime the pan needs or turbo need to come off I remove the hose from the fitting attached to the pan and never remove the fitting itself.

I have used both but the moroso pan had studs coming from inside the pan, so either I wait for the crush washers or I try the o rings. I have the Morrison fab kit as well but I can’t use the bolts it comes with due to the studs being there. I might just put small o rings on it then just wanted to see if anyone’s given it a shot before I try

Evo drain washers also work. I have a few pairs of them for these situations. They have a rubber inside but hard "shell" like washers. Not that they are any easier to get at any random store tho.

These are called dowty washers if OP is interested in looking for some. I've see them at some ACE hardware stores

My ACE Hardware doesn't carry them. I am in there so much, they know and say, if you need help just holler. Lmao
Now that I have a "name" to refer to them as, I'll inquire. Kinda funny, the old ACE is moving to a bigger store so more room for DOWTY washers!
I wonder if they are called that because, in case you doubt something, grab a dowty washer? 🤔😂👍
I appreciate you, just teasing. Now I am a little smarter! ☺
