aftermarket cams?

hey forum,

just wondering how can u tell if there cams are aftermarket or stock?
I have an extra head in my garage and i was taking the intakle manifold off to use on my turbo swap but the cams caught my eye and it has a C:: like logo on both of them. and i'm wondering if there aftermarket or just an oem ones?

they look a little old and beat up? or just ### of the used oil??
well wondering if they have a life span? and if i can still use them i wouldnt mind putting in my talon ;]

there is this kind of marking on all stock cams. Not sure what it signifies tho.

ohh i see.
it has more engravings on it. A 5 and a 2.
anyone have any information on them? would they be better then stock cams?
