I am about to do my msns install and I need to buy an afpr and braided line. Is there any body out there making a "kit" with the afpr, line, fittings and all the other little jazz? I could piece it togeather but if I can buy it all at once it would make my life easier. Thanks guys.

you're slackin sammy...I already ordered my aeromotive ;) Are you deadset on using ss lines...don't you already have lines ran, you just swap out the afpr with the fmu?

get the lines....they look cool, and you won't ever have to worry about them. Fittings are expensive though. I don't know of anyone who actually makes a kit for SS lines. I'd just map it out yourself and see what kind of bends(fittings) you might need. Starting at the fuel pump, (considering someone is going to sit on the top.), right up to the fuel rail, and where your afpr is going to be mounted. etc.

meh, If my fuel lines took the super high pressures that an fmu cranks out, than I'm sure they'll last a little longer with the more versatile tuning of the afpr and megasquirt.....my money will be better spent elsewhere at this time :p

I have a 97 man! My return line is like 2 feet long and is in my back passenger wheel well. I ran lines once messing around with a sfmu. But the sfmu didn't work so I had to go back to the fmu. I have the rail to the afpr line. I was using some 4 an nitrous line as a return. I dont want to use that again. It is a pain to work with and I had to ghetto rig some stuff. I guell I will just have to order some line from summit or something.

hmm, did you call them...do they know what a 420a is?

In case anyone cares I just ordered my braided line and fittings from summit. I have the lines going from the rail to the afpr allready.
I bought 15 feet of 6an braided fuel line, 3 6an hose ends, 2 3/8npt to 3/8 barb fittings AND 6an to 3/8 barb fitting. It was like 107 shipped 2nd day air. Oh and I am bidding on ebay for the afpr as we speak.

6-an lines, are bigger than stock, which means less issues to worry about when flowing fuel at high boost (should he choose to go crazy with his car like over 20+ lbs) he can do it now. Plus The SB lines are more likely to extend the life of the fuel system of the car. And least of importance, they just look good under the hood.

Maybe I'm just a fan of upgrading. Stock rubber 4-an lines, or Steel Braided 6-an lines from summit racing.

I guess other than personal preffence I think he'll like the SB lines better, thats imo though.

P.S. Got some turbo.....I've been missing that front mount of yours in your pic. Good to see your aight.

Stupid UPS..... I was supposed to get my afpr today so I took apart my fuel system and ran my new lines and the stupid ups guy never came. So I will have to wait till Monday I guess. I am going to start the afpr write up now and finish it monday.
