I have this style of AFPR

I have a SFMU that I use to regulate fuel pressure so I don't really need the AFPR, but I do want the AFPR for the gauge. Is there a way to hook in the AFPR so I can read the fuel pressure but not use it to regulate it? Would I just unscrew the adjustor bolt all the way or screw it in all the way? Or would putting this inline with the SFMU mess something up?

The reason being that I already own this AFPR and I just wanted to see what my idle Fuel Pressure is so I can tune my SFMU. In the future I'm getting an autometer but at this point I'm sure working with what I have, so I'm just curious if it will work or not? I was just going to mount this next to my SFMU near my ECU in the engine bay.

that gauge should just screw out of the afpr. i would bet that it is 1/8npt. screw the gauge out go to home despot and buy a tee. use the right size barb fittings on the tee and cut your fuel line. put in the tee with the gauge on it. get it? if the guage does not screw out. you can buy a mech. fp gauge for like 15 bucks. not hard.

imo this is kinda a silly thing to do. eventually you will want a gauge in the car.
good luck and a gauge will make tuning the sfmu much easier.

Thanks. I am just doing this temporarily so I can get my car running correctly. Hopefully by spring I'll be purchasing some gauges, along with a wideband.
