Need some quick advice . picking up an engine that was rebuilt as the owner states, the pistons I see he used have a number 63DTF1 and I did see that these pistons are correct for the 4G63T.

There $170 but my question is has anyone used these before? Are they reliable aftermarket pistons? I don’t wanna find out 10,000 miles later these play knock knock who’s there LOL

Since it’s the short block, should I just put in better pistons and rods ect or these will last me? I don’t plan on making “big” power from the engine. I’d be happy with 250-300HP but just wanna know if anyone has made that kind of power with no issues with these aftermarket pistons.

  • 4 Pistons with Complete Ring Set (Sizes available: see option above)
    • Standard Bore Diameter: 85.00mm
    • 1st Group: 1.20mm
    • 2nd Group: 1.50mm
    • Oil Ring: 2.80mm
  • 4 Piston Wrist Pins
  • King Main Bearing Set (Sizes available: see option above)
  • King Rod Bearing Set (Sizes available: see option above)
  • Thrust Washer
