1G adjusting kyb agx shocks

I have a 1g awd with kyb agx shocks intrac springs and I was told by one of my friends that I could raise and lower my ride height by adjusting the kyb agx shocks. is this true?

No you can't adjust the ride height. The 4 levels front/8 levels rear adjust the dampening of the shocks making them harder/softer.

ok thanks. the intracs spring on my car are like lowering the car way to much. i want like a 1-1 1/2 drop what would be a good spring to use and that isnt to expensive i dont want to spend like 400 bucks

Sorry bro but your not able to adjust the height of the car with KYB. The knobs on the the KYB's are to adjust the stiffness of the shocks. If you want to adjust the height of the car you need to go out and buy Coil overs

cheapest way to raise your car ack up would be cheap ebay coilovers, but be for warned, they bounce like crazy. friend of mine has them in his 2g 420a and they bounce worse than most hondas around here

Yes you can, I have the same shocks and mine have threads on the shock body allowing for ride height adjustment.

and no he can't, he has a 1g unlike your 2g...

he needs different spings

Post some pics. When I had KYBs shocks there were no adjustments on them. Now if you added some adjustable springs to the mix, which is what it sounds llike, then you could adjust ride height.
