Since gas prices are rising and race gas is mostly what we want to fill our tanks with, what problems would I run into running 111 all the time? Gas mixtures have changed so the relevance of prior threads is irrelevant today!

just mixed 111 with 93 it was keeping knock down some; even though when I hit it hard seemed like it still wants to keep knocking!! may need to just pull timing back a little or go for the full 111 again! it's just that once you're used to the timing advance there is just no substitute!

I measured MPG when I first chaged to E85. In town staying out of boost I got 21 on 93 and 18 on e85. Hwy was 26 on 93 and 21 on e85. This was extremely conservative driving.
In reality once I changed to E85 with regular driving mixed hwy/city I got about 15-18 mpg. Varied depending on temps and where I did more driving
The great thing about E85 is that its safe to lean the cruise and wot AFR if you want. Lean it out= better mpg.

I go through gas quite fast..since I get little to no knock with 111 I tend to keep the pedal on the floor!

How much timing advance are you running?
Which turbo and how much boost?

20g don't know how much but I see my knock sum go way up if on pump only and not so much with 111 I have separate maps for aggressive and much more agrressive spirited driving! It all changed when I threw cams made things more responsive and my figures all changed
