actuator problem???

ok ive got a problem holding boost and idk why, i think it might be my actuator becouse my o2dump comes on eurly and i set my psi to 19 resently and its at 12 now, this so really anoying , im running speed density and the boost solinoid so i know its not the bc and im useing a 1g bov and when i do a blt it leaks a tiny bit but idk if thats enough to make a difrence, any imput will be appreciated, thanks

So basically you're just not building as much boost as you should be, right? Internal wastegates will crack open earlier a lot of the time which will be more noticable with an external dump, so I really don't think that's a problem for you. I would fix your boost leak and see if that helps any. You could always take the wastegate rod off and make sure your flapper door is moving freely and is not sticking open.

no its not that im not building boost its that im loosing it, it builds to 19 psi and then it drops to 12, my o2 dump comes on at 0psi now, and i pumped 10 psi through my syestem and my flatter leaks so im going to replace the actuator as soon as i sell these damn rims and then ill se if that fixes it if not then ill just deal with it becouse in a few months after i move im buying the 68HTA becouse this turbo just isnt enough. but thankls for the imput its really appreciated.
