So, last night I noticed my waste gate arm was off, and this morning i put it back on. It drove fine for awhile, then it started to do a familiar shake when i would have boost, and it going into a new gear. On my way home from work, the car never jolted, or shook once when changing gears. I got home, and noticed the arm was off again. I know im missing a pin to keep it on, but im just going to jb weld it so it stays on.

Can anyone tell me whats going on with the actuator?

JB Weld would never hold up to the temps. Why are you going to half-ass something so important? Just install a new pin. :ohdamn:

It seems your actuator arm keeps falling off the flapper lever because the pin which secures the arm is missing. What else do you want to know?

I would like to know why my car studders while the arm is attached. It seems the arm is only slipping when the car starts to studder. To me, it feels like its trying to releave the pressure, but it doesnt do it soon enough.

Thanks!

Either your car is overboosting and causing fuel cut, you have a boost leak which is causing fuel cut, or your spark plugs are so worn out that the excessive gap is causing spark blowout under load. It's not the fault of the actuator.
