act 4 puck race disc break in

i am going to the track tomorrow and i just put a new act 2100 with 4 puck race disc in and it says to make a few hard slips to break it in/ high gear slips i was wondering how i am supposed to do this it hold 308 ft/pds and i and a n/t slightly mdded will it slip if so i need to know what to do do i just launch at a high rmp or what all your help will be appreciated thanks

why did you get a 4 puck on a non turbo, a street disc would've been fine???
