I finally got rid of the ES/Tsi shell and got an AWD to put my motor in. Its a 93 Talon and it has ABS, I dont know if it works cuz theres no motor in it and i also plan to change it from auto to stick. I also in the future plan on upgrading to a baer or brembo brake setup. Am I better off taking out the ABS system now or is it good to have? I have access to everything i would need cheap but i jus wanna know if its worth it or should i jus keep the ABS setup. Thanks for any and all help. Im looking for pros and cons here so help me out.

Anyone else have anything to say about this topic? After taking out the ABS system was the anti-lock light still on? I still need to know if theres any reason i should keep it. I dont plan on driving in the snow.

I wasn't planning on pulling mine but when I was installing the FMIC, the upper IC pipe could not be install because the ABS unit was in the way. So I yanked out the ABS, the brake lines and the proportioning valve and want to a non ABS setup. I still have the speed sensors on the car, someday I will get around to removing those. The ABS light is however on but it is not a big deal.
