Well I'm ordering my ACT 2600 tommorow and just wondering what was all needed? I hear of the extended clutch rod which are like 26 shipped on ebay are good for act's. Also what about the clutch fork does that need to be replaced? What else am I missing or is needed? I just want to do this once and do it right since I have the extra $$. Thanks

I've heard the clutch extension rods are a bad idea, but have no personal experience with them so you might want to do a search. How many miles on the car? If there getting up there you might want to consider the clutch fork and a pivot ball. You can also add some washers under the pivot ball. While your in there you should replace the throw out bearing. Make sure to get a plastic sleeved one, either the mitsu one or I believe the act's are plastic sleeved as well now. If your doing it yourself you will also need a clutch alignment tool.

Clutch, resurface flywheel, red loctite, good time for doing the rear main seal, clutch fork and pivot ball, transmission fluid, t-case fluid (if you choose to drain it, I didn't since I had recently), grease, metal clip on TOB, disc alignment tool, good time to do axle seals..Thats about all I can think of for now. Thats almost everything you could do while you're in there. You may also need a new slave and master cylinder, and a SS line...:)

I'm getting a new fidanza flywheel. Where do I get the clutch fork from? I will get the pivot ball from the dealer. Does the act comes with a TOB and alignment tool I forgot to ask when I ordered it from JNZ Tuning? I had a few people tell me not to get the extended clutch rod either so I will stay away from that.

So here is my list of things to get let me know what I am missing

Clutch fork
Pivot ball
red loctite
rear crank seal
fluid for tranny
t-case fluid
ss line
TOB-if it doesnt come with clutch
alignment tool- if it doesn't come with clutch

Get the fork and ball from RRE, only $65 for both. Dealer wanted more than that for the fork alone.

Cool I got the ss line ordered so I will call RRE for the fork and ball now. Where should I get new flywheel bolts from? Thanks for all the help guys much appreciated

Edit: Got the fork and ball from JNZTuning 52 bucks.

I would think it would be easiest just to pick them up at your local mitsu dealer, unless one of the shops that you are getting some other parts from has them in stock.
