a little help for a newb please

hey quick question. i'm planing on doing a lot of things such as DIY icp, intake, and exhaust. also i have a spare turbo, o2 housing, and ex manifold. i want to port them out, and saw one write up on this, but it wasnt to specific. Is there anything out here that will give me a specific step by step that will give me a good idea to port. Also anyone have the measurments to make a DIY exhaust, and intercooler piping.

well i made my own exhaust and the dimensions change depending on route as well as size of pipe. im sure a local shop or even a vendor might help you with some numbers. same goes ic piping. o and one last thing.... your name scares me
