A little help please

I am new to here... Please help me out. Thanks you guys!!
My question is, I saw some dsm in gallery and their factory fog light could switch on with only parking light on. But for mine, I could only switch on my factory fog light with my headlights are on. Why is that?

They simply rewired it, if you go to vfaq.com you can find a link to a page that will tell you how to do that. It's a cool mod, no real downside, plus when parking its great.
