A frame....I'm gonna go with lower control arm, cause it looks like an a frame LOL.

Just check your outer tie rod as well.

Get a junkyard one and make sure the bushings are good to go and swap it out

Oh:ALUGNMENT-> get one of them too at a service station

ya its the lower controll arm , im not a mechanic haha sorry . stuck on caliper bolts right now currently soaking in pb blaster . .(theyre not reverse threads or any bs are they?) . got the controll arm off almost , but it seems i have to get the rotor off to take apart ball joint (still not a mechanic ha ha feel free to teach me what things are really called) ha thanks guys

ive edited the post with the correct name of the part now but i dont know how to edit the title , sorry . and i'll try and use better gramar

today went well . i got a controll arm from the junkyard for $35. it went in without any problems and everything seems fine . i test drove it down to the junkyard and found a matching rim for $50 (the other one seemed to hold air fine but it does have a nice dent). then went down to discount and got 4 brand new tires for $99 out the door !! the guy hooked it up for sure :). and now i have a spare !
