Looking to get some advice on my cruise log. Just recently got my LC1 installed and calibrated to match what Link is reading.

No boost leaks, great motor health, idle and biss set according to wikis, timing is correct as well.

This run was done on 91 octane (only thing available in my town at the moment) crusing around for awhile. I actually did three of these logs, utilizing the MAF Adjustment Tool after each setting to tweak the MAF curves.

Just want to get some advice on how things are starting to look and make sure I'm going down the right track before I start looking into WOT tuning. I am going to go the route of matching AFREstimate to my logged wideband instead of the BoostEst method. Maybe when I upgrade to a good loggable boost sensor then I will look a different route but for now AFR is the goal.

Any input is appreciated.

Bests,

That's not right bro, You have 2.5 knock on 18% throttle at 2000 rpm.

That's not right, you will get to much knock once you floor it.

Have you done a Boost Leak?, I bet you have a boost leak or something else is going on there bro.

Do a boost leak and fix every little and insignificant leak that you can have and post another log.

Looks good to me...I'd say you're on the right track :thumb:

EDIT: except for one thing, are you running a t28 with the stock fuel setup?

Yes, the car currently has an FPBigT28 on the car at the moment on 15psi. The PO purchased the T28 as a replacement when the t25 crashed out and the FPBig28 was cheaper at the time when he purchased. I haven't had any issues but the room to grow is there once I get the injectors and FMIC in.

It's definitely not a boost leak as I mentioned I did the tests and tend to test every week. It could be due to me having the loadfactor and closedloop settings set really high to give me a long run of closedloop data to utilize for the MAFComp tool. There are some sections in the logs as well with higher throttle position and less knock so I am not worried about it at the moment. After I took that last log I put everything back to factory for the closedloop operation and parked the car in the garage. I am going to take a few more cruise logs this evening and then do a WOT pull to get things set for a baseline.

thanks for the input guys, I'll post up when I get new logs.

Calan, thanks for the response. I have actually pulled the engine apart to replace a head gasket and do some head work but hope to have it back together soon and get some wot logs to everyone.
