Idle, cruise, and WOT logs. Please critique.

I know for sure I need to recheck my WOT 3rd gear pull but I don't want to keep going WOT if idle and cruise are not up to par. I'm baffled as to why at WOT i'm only at ~ 75% throttle position. I will need to recheck my new non cruise cable I just put in.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Wow, nice mod list. Do yourself a huge favor and upgrade to v3...

From the log, the tps shows it's hitting ~90% It's weird though because it looks like the tpsvolts are dropping off throughout the pull, so this could indicate something mechanical, perhaps the cable like you said.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, you could try using the tps adjust tool in link or perhaps a manual adjust will be needed. Maybe the tps isn't secure Manually adjusting basically involves zeroing out the tps offset in link, loosening the two screws on the tps and then adjusting until Link reports .63v at rest.

First rule of tuning is resolving mechanical issues first and foremost.
