Hi guys,

Starting a new thread since the title/content will be more appropriate than the other I started.

Car is on 100% E85
aim boost level at 25psi but only getting 20-23ish(I will have to turn it up some more.) My gauge reads higher than what is estimated.

WB match what the gauge is reading. (once in a while it read .1 to .2 different) (but that could just be a delay in logging vs realtime)

I think my idle and cruise are good. but im sure it could use some improvement somewhere?

I originally wanted to get my idle and cruise checked out before I did some WOT but got a bit carried away.

SO I did acouple of pulls and adjusted it VERY ROUGHLY, Just enough that it doesnt bog at WOT.

I wanted some ecmlink gurus eyes/opinion before I proceed.

IDLE/CRUISE
please let me know any input or suggestion.

Note: I tried getting the ISC at 30 BUT it idles best at this setting. is this ok or a 30 a must?

WOT:
Am I heading the right way?

My aim is to tune for 11.3-11.5 AFR.
20* or less of timing.

I have not mess with DA yet. barely started with this.

My question is this.
1. what is the proper way of tuning?

I figured after I calibrated the maf comp. do I mess with the timing next?

or the openloopmaxoct? how does one build this table?

thanks for any advice.

oh side question how do I configure the hp/torque estimation? its way off LOL

Updating this:

New WOT logs.

both 3rd gear pull.

everything seems to be running pretty smooth up top. Just have to remove a timing on those .4 knock. no big deal.

what do you guys think?

also whats the best way to get an accurate (auto maf comp)? I tried cruising for a while. 30-45 minutes including stop and go(on my way to work) and its still doesnt hit the spot right on. WB factor is too high. (lower hz wise)

inputs please thanks

ps: clip one is the first pull and clip two is a bit of correction up top. for closer to targeted afr. But I seem to have gotten a hick up on the log. didnt realized it till I got home.

I didn't read your other thread...and I'm no expert. But your numbers look ok to me. Everything seems in line as long as you have no boost/exhaust leaks. Your ISC isn't too far off, you need to also log your 'LrnIdleAdjust' which should be around 144. If it is any less, then you want to properly set your BISS to get your 'ISCPosition' to 30.

As far as your second WOT, it looks good too. No use in keeping the timing under 20. Low 20s is fine. And when you get your knock you are at 12.0 afr. If your afr is as accurate as you say, you can add some fuel and get rid of that knock. Timing curve looks like it could be smoothed out.

Again I'm no expert but I think that will get you more power. External wastegate will change your life too.

thanks. im still researching the whole mbt thing and timing at torque so i didnt ramp up the timing.

and i actually have an external. runs at 28-29psi. but i dont have actual psi logged so i cant configured the boost est.
