Its winter here in Colorado, and temperatures drop to 20* :) and there are times when you really need that heater in your car... well, my heaters works randomly.
What do i mean by that ? Well let me tell you. WTF

When ever the flow is directed to face and foot, everything blows worm/hot.
When ever i direct the flow to go on the windshield, side flows run hot, but the center flow is cold. It kinda uncomfortable to drive in cold whether and in the semi cold car :)... Anybody know how to fix the issue ?

Another thing is, If i direct the flow to go on the windshield, WHY do i still get a flow in the face ? How to fix this problem ?

sounds ike any of three things...1) blend door motor trying to go out, 2) possible wiring problems from the control unit to the blend door motor, or 3) control unit on the dash is going out. you might try getting a used control unit from a junkyard or get in good with a parts store & borrow a new HVAC control unit to hook up to your car, if a different control unit doesn't fix it then i'd take to an HVAC specialist to have it thoroughly diagnosed.

I've talked to people around here and they said that it is normal for eclipse to do that since when the flow is directed to a windshield it is the A/C that is working that's why i have the cold air coming out from the center dash. I've checked 2 more eclipses and both did the same thing so there isn't really an issue there. Thank though for your output

I am talking about center flow being cold, the flow on the windshield is hot when i set it to be that way, the only thing is that it is blowing cold from center dash. and it is fine... Even Dealers said its fine
