Okay I went to extremempsi.com, & order the Type S BOV, & There own band of intake pipe, which is the same as a Injen just cheaper. Well the package came in earlier today, without no instructions what so ever, for the BOV & there intake. My car already had a K&N FIPK Filter, with everything else stock, & fit well in the car. Now I have already put the Type S & New intake in the car, but i had a very hard time fitting it in right. I have no room for my K&N FIPK Filter, which is fitting very tight. I don't know if the black ring opening of the Sensor is to fit inside the mouth of the new intake, cuz all I did is just clamp the hose as best as i could to hold the Sensor & intake together. I need help!! Not only that but when i press the gas full throttle it sounds good, but when i release it does this wistle from the BOV  , & when I"m under 20mph or 30mph, release the gas, & it makes a rumble sound, what is that  !?!?! If anyone can help me please do. Oh, yeah & if someone from EXtreme PSI reads this thankz a lot from sending some instructions

perhaps pics of the way u set it up may be good. But type s' usually go off on high as well as low rpm. u should hear it when ur just reving on neutral. the bov has an adjustment to make it softer or harder sound, maybe just adjust the bov to harder so u don't hear much of the sound.

No it should not. There is NO load on the engine to make boost. This is a fact with all Manual transmissions. It might be different with autos if you are in gear and powerbraking.

If you are hearing a flutter at low RPM let-outs then you have it a tad too hard. Make it softer and also make sure you have the hose connected to the top nipple as stated.

As for the intake pipe, did you try a pre fit. No clamps or rubber couplings. Just see if you can place them all in the engine bay at the same time. If so, that means you need to seat them further together before clamping them together.

Hope I helped.

just like with the Injen intake pipe, the FIPK filter is too long. you'll need to get a shorter filter because the MAS is shifted to the left because of the coupler that you need to attatch the MAS to the pipe (ie. with the stock hose the MAS attatches directly to it, but because the pipe is metal you need a coupling to connect the two because you can't slide the MAS into a metal pipe). I don't understand why you would need instructions on how to install an intake pipe and BOV, but...

Well since the the Extremepsi intake pipe is pretty much the same length as the Injen, which kind of filter should i use, since my K&N FIPK it to long. Should i buy a mushroom/dome style filter? Any ideas? & I soften my BOV, but it still makes a flutter sound at low rpms.

What kind of Filter can i use with a Injen/Extreme intake pipe, besides the one it comes with, to make it fit in my GST?

Even when everything is hooked up correctly it's sometimes necessary to adjust your driving style a bit to get a Type S to blow off cleanly on some setups. It doesn't bleed off pressure like the stock BOV, and this is basically the trade-off. Do the best you can with the adjustment and check connections, etc, but if none of that works I'd just try not to let the turbo spool unless you're going to let it build several PSI, then when you let off, let off quickly so there will be enough vacuum to open the BOV fully. Don't adjust it so tight that you strip it out and the spring shoots out and hits you in the eye or so loose that it leaks at idle though. I installed the intake kit from ExtremePSI that comes with the intake pipe, filter, and and adapter a year or two ago and that all fit just fine, but I never tried attaching a K&N to it.

I dont know about your intake problem but..

On your Type-s, Do you have the lower vac. nipple hooked up? You need to hook that up so when you are only at a few psi and let off the gas, It will not flutter, Then.. You can also adjust from hard to soft, Vise versa. Before anything, Hook that second vac line up to a boost source. Then go from there on that, If that doesnt solve the problem, Which it should.

Yes, but after a certian amount of pressure from a boost source is acheived it can cause other problems. The 2 pressure values are not always equal and when the lower nipples pressure gets higher than that of the upper nipple it will cause premature release ( :p ).

If you are running around the stock PSI or are flowing close to that amount of air. Since I knwo the 2 are not the same with different turbos and all. You should be fine. I was running a 20G with the lower nipple unplugged and had NO problem. I was under the same impression that the lower needed to be plugged up, but I had no source for it with the setup and ran it like that cause of the GReddy website instructions.

Are you sure you are turning it right? If you loosen it almost all the way out, there is NO WAY it should still flutter.

I have the same problem with my 1g bov. It makes a low sound when in low boost and a nice crispt one when at high boost. I dont know how to fix it either.
