After doing several searches and talking to some people, I've been told that all GS models came with the keyless entry ability built in, and if pin 1 on the OBDII connector has a connector in it, that means it has keyless entry. So I've tried the programming steps I found, jump pins 1 and 4, close the door, put the key in and switch it to acc and back to off and I should see the locks lock and unlock... But they don't. The power locks themselves work just fine, so I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction as far as if I am doing something wrong, or if there are some things I can check on the keyless entry system to see what's up...

To confirm if the car has the keyless system, remove the left rear quarter panel trim piece (coupes) and look for a control box bolted to the sidewall that is about 6" x 6". That is the keyless receiver. If it has the receiver, now you can start figuring out why it doesn't respond. Usually you can find a known-good receiver for low cost to plug in in place of the current one to quickly determine if your current one is bad.

BTW, the receiver range on these units is pretty short -- maybe 15' on a good day, so make sure you test the fob programming close to the car.
