one of my friends said the clutch might not be able to handle the power?
also what do you think about all that for 5000 dollars. the motor is rebuilt with only 15k on it. just needs paint and new seats.
THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Could be anything from a clutch master, slave master, or maybe a shifter kit. Its possible for the clutch pedal to not be adjusted, but you probably won't know until you tear into it. If a clutch can't handle the power it'll slip. It seems to me for 5000 bucks, you could find an awd for much less with a little patience and make it a killer.

I agree. For that much money it should be close to flawless. But to me it sounds like the slave cylinder. needs bled or replaced. same thing happened when I put a new master in my car. If you change the master you are way better off doing the save at the same time if it is old.
