2G 97 GST Rapid clicking MPI relay and fuel cut-out

The first photo is of my EPROM that first fried. The lime green circle is circling what looks to be leakage from the black piece there (sorry don't know what its called). The code next to it is C201


The red circle is circling 2 pieces that look to be resistors to me and they have black on the top of them and a little down on the circuit board. I looked at other ones of these pieces that are the same and none of them have the black on them.
The codes next to these are R255 & R256

The second photo is a close up of the areas circled with the same colors.

(Also I did search the forums and only found one by LightningGSX that covers some of this but none of the pieces that he covers are the ones that seem to have gone out.)

the black thing is a capacitor or cap and it looked like it burned out and spilled it guts everywhere (all the yellow stuff in the green circle). those resistors and cap dont link to any system directly, but they are needed by the ECU to function and after that cap blew, its not gonna work.

could you get a shot of the resistors from the other side (opposite of the second image)? im guessing they're probably fine and if you remove and replace that one capacitor and clean up the spill your ECU will probably be fine.

Here is the opposite side of the resistors and it does look like the CAP fried now that I look at it. Is there any main thing that the CAP runs, the reason that I am wanting to know 1G Eclipse is if it does run something that I can fix on the car if I find out then I can stop my problem of frying ECUs. There is no point in me getting a tune or buying DSM/ESMlink and putting the ECU with it in then that one frying and I'm out 700-some odd dollars.

I already read the posts it brought up pertaining to this problem, none help or explain my problem.

To start had an EPROM ECU blow #C201 leaking all over C4 and resistors R255 & R256 so I bought another EPROM (Both MD312464) and installed. After driving for a bit started getting rapid clicking coming from the MPI relay that runs the fuel pump, injectors and ECU. I bought brand new relays thinking it was that and installed and they still clicked and gave fuel cut-out while starting off in first from lights and stop signs.

Did some looking up and found it may be the fuel pump going out. Bought a Walbro 255 and installed just today and drove the car for a lil bit and it seemed alright. When I got back to the house and sat parked for a bit it idle surged for a couple hundred RPMs then the clicking started again. I read some of the posts and have not opened the other EPROM, some of them say it may be the ECU resetting the relay for the fuel pump because of a leaking cap. I need to know if the cap and resistors I stated above work for anything to do with the MPI relays?

If not are there any Ideas what it may be? I've heard injectors, and I have 1200cc injectors waiting to be put in but I do not want to put them in till I have an EPROM fixed and set with ECMTuning and put my bigger turbo in and go for a Tune and Dyno.

Need some help, wanna get this beast going.

I would just send it in to ECMtuning. it's only like 30 bucks, then 15 for ten minutes of repair work.

Thank you for the reply but, the ECU is not my problem.
The problem is the rapid clicking of the MPI relays which control the fuel system.
It was stated in the Title of the post and throughout it.
