Alright I'm having trouble with a 2g I'm working on, long story short, it's been to multiple shops and they can't get it to run correctly. Engine was recently rebuilt by previous shop then wiring harness was swapped out before they gave up and sent it to me.
So here's the run down of what I've done first found no signal from crank sensor so I swapped to a 1g style CAS sensor then found weak spark swapped PTU and got it running. Ground timing connector and set it with a timing light. I can't get it to idle tho it has an s90, still has ISC and FIAV hooked up, tested ISC it's in spec but I can't get it to 28-30. Trying to set it in link with diag pin grounded it just goes to zero car only idles with TB cracked open. As soon as it reaches operating temp it stalls out and won't restart until it cools off.
I changed TPS, MAP sensor, IAT, coolant temp sensor, front O2 sensor (O2 still won't cycle) new NGK bpr7es plugs put in, stock fuel injectors, fuel pressure is good with fresh 91 pump gas. Tune is reset to stock, what am I missing? Compression numbers are at 120psi on all 4 at 7000ft elevation.
