95 tsi smoking under boost.

i have a 95 tsi that smokes when the engine is cold under boost. its blue smoke right from the turbo if you rev it alittle in park and when you take off it smokes really light grey under boost when the engine is cold but when it warms up it dosent do it at all as far as i kno. i think its a turbo line loose but im not sure i havent driven the car enough to see if its burning oil im still waiting on the spring insulaters to install my tein coilovers.

Blue smoke is the universal sign for burning oil, so now you just have to locate it so drive it some more and find out. Good luck

Your turbo seal are gone. Mine did that same thing. When you first start it nothing happens untill you rev it it then it starts to smoke. When you let off the gas the s moke goes away slowly. Untill its a light smoke. If you got a stock turbo it would be better to get a 16g EVO III. Since replacing the seals will cost you 250 an the turbo cost 600. you can run the 16G at 12lbs on a stock setup. 8lbs is what I think its set for stock if you dont have a boost controller.
