95+ pistons in a 1g

im getting my engine rebuilt at the end of the week and he suggested I go with 95+ pistons, will I see any gains rom this?

Seeing how they are 8.5:1 I would say yes. Are you going to machine them to fit on the 1G rods?

I believe he said they will have to machine the 1g rods, or they could be using new rods.

im pretty exited about the rebuild seeing that my car has 230 000km and the t-belt is at the end of its life, not to mention the constant idle problems, I asume I have quite low compression right now.

Im also getting them to remove the ac, do bs eliminator kit, and install a slowboy ported manifold. this should really make the rest of my mods work to their full potential.

My set-up is going to be very similar to yours, have you got your car dynoed, or taken to the track?
