95 gsx running very rich HELP!

my car has been not drivable for about 2 months now. its been to 2 mechanics and no diagnosis, im pretty sure the problem is its running too rich, u can smell gas in the oil, and it poors black smoke out the exhaust. my ecu is giving no codes and all data seems to be reading correct. i have changed the injectors, swapped all sensors with a friends 95 gsx, sent ecu out to be tested, and the cat is not clogged. if you floor it, or put any stress on the motor such as goin up a tinny incline the car stops accelorating, boosts to a steady 4-6lbs and there is a high pressure sound (like the cats clogged). when i first bought this car about a year ago i had the same problem but i fixed it put replacing the spark plugs with a different heat range. oh also when idleing it runs steady for about 10-20 seconds putts down for a few then runs steady again and repeats until it eventually stalls. any sugguestions i would be GREATLY appreciative, also does anyone know any DSM shops in the connecticut area? thanks.

oh yea, this also happend out of nowhere.. i parked my car for maybe an hour ( it was running 100% when i parked it) came back and on my way home it started doing this.

your car should be boosting a steady 9-11 psi though...

I say boost leak. Do a pressure test

when running my car runs normal its steady around 10-15 psi
