95 GSX Rebuild

I just wanted share this with you guys. I still dont have everything back from slowboys but will be posting pics of what I did each day. Im using a 98 botton end with my stock 95GSX head. Im not trying to get 500HP out of this but its defenetly gonna go a lot better when its done. In my bottom end I will be using EVO pistons and rods, new ACL bearings, ARP main studs, no balance shafts, etc...

Slowboys finally called me, so my stuff is ready to go I just gotta go down and pick it up tomorrow. Im gonna be using a different block so I decided to paint it black.

There is nothing redeeming about the 3G to me... and that includes the rims.

car looks real good! but i would have stayed with a stock flywheel. i think it makes it easier to launch!

to tell you the truth I have no Idea what kind of horsepower its gonna push. I dont even own a boost controller so its gonna be running stock boost for now. I have a T28 for it, everything else is just about stock except for the EVO pistons, ARP main and head studs, and a few other things. My goal is to stroke it but I dont have the money right now so thats gonna have to wait. ill keep updating of whats going on

I used those gaskets before and they worked.. I probably should of used mitsu ones but its too late now

haha thats sweet man. Im gonna work on the engine some more Ill probably post some more pics tonight or tomorrow morning.. The weather here sucks its cold out but good thing im doing it in my friends garage.
