2G 95 GSX 97 rear harness make fuel gauge work?

95 gsx with 97 harness.
I have everything working except my fuel gauge. The old harness is 6 pin the new harness is 8pin this goes to second sender behind driver seat and ABS. Two issues. One I’m missing the 8 pin harness to go to the 2nd sending unit. Two the 95 sending unit used two wires to read sender not 4.

Are there any options to make this work or will I need to go back 95 harness or update to 97+ hanger.

I’ve looked through the wire diagrams but I don’t see it really possible with how I have it. Hopefully someone better with wiring will chime in.

There are only 2 wires for the sending unit harness for the level and low light regardless of the year, they combine together near the pump connector.
