Alright, here's my situation for my 95 GST.

I just ordered a FMIC. I'm planning on doing the conv. when I get back home.

After that, where should I begin with modding? I would like to do engine before body. (Have to do conversion for FMIC.)

Here's where I need help. Should I do internals first? Turbo? Headers? Not sure where to start. I'm pretty sure in the ~153k miles that the car has, the turbo has never been touched.. maintenance wise.

As for recent updates for the car, I have gotten MAF Sensor, both 02 sensors, a new ecu, new heads and gasket, waterpump, alternator, tires(85%) & breaks.

Do your basic maintenance, all fluids, belts, then set your goals as far as what you want out of the car. Everything after that is pretty much searching every modification that your going to make to the car before you actually do it, thats just to make sure it won't be something that you will have to upgrade later on.

I agree, start with maintenance.

Also a FMIC will actually hurt your performance on a stock turbo setup. You will want to wait with that.

Maintenance first like everyone else will tell you. Then you need to look into either a 14b or 16g turbo. That T25 isn't going to impress you any on a front mount. Also a fuel pump and rewire wouldn't hurt with the bigger turbo. Make sure if you go to a walbro 255 or larger you get an aftermarket regulator since your stock one will be overrun. If you don't already have it, a better flowing turbo-back exhaust and intake would be something to do before anything.

Personally I like Bushur UICP (tight fit around the fusebox but great unit, keeps the stock tb elbow) and Dejon (Very well made, nice fit) for the SMIC. Greddy has the lightest piping though and it has a nice curve to it.

Aftermarket units are able to handle 350-400, I think it's about the same for the Supra SMIC but you also have to consider most Supra SMIC are used and abused so probably not top notch unless you revamp them. It's also very important to open up the wheel well and make a duct for both the hot air evacuation and to funnel the air in more efficiently respectively.
