Ok so I purchased a 95 Gst from a friend a few months ago. It didnt run smooth and ran rich when he bought the car. So he pulled the ecu (car was completely stock) and found a bad solder on the board, fixed it and now the car runs great. But the car is in limp mode now, He didnt have money or resources to deal with it, so I bought the car. Ive found no relays or fuses in either engine bay or next to the pedals that effect the a/transmission. I pulled the tcu and it smells and looks fine. The car drives no different with the tcu in or out. Should I just replace the tcu or does it sound like something different? Also my SRS light is on what is this light for? If anyone has any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.
