95 eprom computer

If you mean your swapping your ECU for a -95 eprom to chip it (link or whatever) then no, the transmission does not matter. Just make sure it is in fact an eprom if thats why you're going for, not all 95's are.

I'd also take a look at the board (pop the four screws out and take the metal cover off) to check for corrosion, leaking caps, etc....it's common with ecus that old now

You will need to swap your spark plug wires around however once you put this one in. 1&4 fire together, 2&3 fire together so just swap 2&3 with 1&4 and you will idle fine. It doesn't matter which one you swap with either 1&4 can be switched around to either position with themselves and same with 2&3.

Ok I have just got my car rebuilt. First try, started right up after 8 months. I did a boost leak test. Found a leak on the throttle body. So I changed the BISS screw, o-ring and the throttle shaft seals. I also got new gaskets and put everything back together. Now the car wont start. I put the key in the on position press the clutch and then turn the key. The fuel pump turns on to keep pressure the starter engages but does not spin. The gold relay that is mounted by two 10mm bolts under the radio clicks. when i hit the kill switch to the battery reads 12.6v. I took off both terminals to the battery cleaned and installed them. I removed the battery ground, cleaned and re installed. Then I bought a new starter. cleaned the ground on the starter bolt. still engages but does not spin. I checked my ecu. It appears mint. I have pics of the inside of the ecu and the relay. I believe it is a MPI relay any extra help please

IT DOESNT MATTER ANYMORE IF THE ECU IS EPROM OR NOT.
just look on ECMTuning, Inc.

they can convert it.
