will it fit? and work?

my old car was a 95 420a eclipse.. fwd and im selling it they dont want it droped so could i swap out suspension in my 95 tsi in it and put it in mine?

can anyone speak from experience? i know there are diff part numbers. but i think its just for weight issues.. they are for an Avenger which weights 2900 pounds so im sure it would be ok?

2G suspension parts are interchangeable. The spring rates *might* be different.. they were at some point, but then made them all the same.

You will be fine. If it makes you feel better, I have "AWD" springs on mine.

Aren't AWD springs stiffer due to more weight in the car? That is what I always thought....

Yeah.. but marginally.

(rear) 2Ga's are 11#'a stiffer while 2Gb's are the same. Will 99% of the board here notice the difference? Not in a million years.

2Gb spring rates are all the same FWD/AWD
