i got this car for a daily driver no tuning or racing because it’s miserably slow.
My question is I am having engine problems precisely sputtering at 1-3k rpm
Can someone please help me?!?

How many miles does the car have? When was the last time it's been serviced? Can be almost anything if it hasn't been maintained properly. Start with the basics: change fuel filter, check spark plugs and wires, check injectors for obvious build-up, change vacuum lines if they look at all aged (my new lines from 2 years ago just got replaced last weekend & 3/4 of them were pitted & cracked, rest were very stiff), even a slightly low voltage from the battery can affect spark (most places check them for free). Just keep it simple and start with the basic maintenance, you can probably get off cheap. I'd check the transmission fluid for good color too, or it'll be a nightmare when you least expect it. Keep us posted if you'd like & I'm sure more will chime in with extra ideas.

It was a head gasket that was blowing out.
