I have a problem, my 95 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS floods so bad it won't even start, the reason I say it floods so bad, is when you try to start the engine you can smell raw gas, no leaks. I am very puzzled, could it be the timing could be off somehow, I put a new timing belt on it, bit I alighned all the timing marks where they are suppose to be.... I'm bumfuzzled on this, any help would be greatly appreciated....

Has it ever ran while in your possession?
Inspect your spark plugs right after attempting to start it. Are any of them wet or smell like raw fuel?
I suspect you have a fuel leak somewhere you haven't found yet or one or more injectors are stuck open.
