Couple questions I would like to ask.
1st: When in 1st gear taking off slow my right/left tires make a noise and tires feel like not getting grip. But if I take off with more speed it doesn't feel like its not gripping, only does it when I take off real slow. Could be my wheel bearing? But what would cause the wheel to act weird.

2nd: When I am slowing down and going from neutral to 1st gear it will grind sometimes. But if I get to about 10mph and through in first its fine. I got the clutch all the way in. What could cause this?

Lastly: I was wondering what upgrades should I go with. I bought a 95 Eagle talon tsi with 2.3l stroker build, tein coilovers, drill and slotted rotors, 20g turbo, ets fmic (I added it). act 2100 6puck, oem flywheel, 550 injectors, 225 wally, aftermarket fpr. Got it for a steal 2300 for it. But I was looking to see what all I should upgrade after this. Not looking to make over 350hp just a nice daily.

Maybe the clutch is slipping, and check the upgrade path for upgrading the dsm.

Maybe But I don't think its slipping. I checked it already but just look on other peoples insights.

Maybe the clutch isn't engaging/disengaging all of the way?

Check clutch pedal height/play, incorrect play will cause grinding. Check for leaks on the slave & master cylinder. FYI, it's best to come as close to a full stop before putting it in 1st gear.
