I have a feeling I'm in for a transmission rebuild. Even though I replaced the Transmission Computer, I can engage in drive, but it will slip as if put into neutral after driving a little, I "think" when it's about to shift. I can't reverse at all as if its in neutral(reverse lights come on) I'm praying to God I won't have to rebuild or replace the tranny, but looking for some more opinions of what the problem is.

More Information About Vehicle:
80k miles on Engine
159k on body (I assume that's the mileage on the transmission)
Tranny Fluid is like a dark Magenta/Brownish Red doesn't smell burnt and pretty sure its full, my dipstick says do not fill past second hole when warm, but its on hot when I left the car runnin for a bit(5mins) to check it.
Automatic Transmission
Front Wheel Drive
Didn't have reverse with old TCM/PCM either had the same problems stated above
Replaced Timing Belt

Sounds to me like your transmission is definitely going to need a rebuild. Most likely some of the clutches in the transmission are no longer viable (clutch material worn off or burnt) and therefore are not engaging correctly, if at all. Do some research into some local shops for price comparisons of transmission rebuilds or if you know how to do it yourself, you can to save some money. Beware of shops that want you to pay them to remove and diagnose it first , then tell you how much to fix it later. Try to pin them down to a price range before making any commitments.
