95 awd tsi,thinking about getting dsmlink v3lite

ok so i was doing so searching and came to the conclusion that a safc would be more trouble than its worth to tune with.i would like to be able to tune my tsi with its current mods and get every bit of power out of it before i move on with more.im pretty new to the dsm world and dont really get the what the eprom ecu is,does my 95 have a eprom ecu or do i need to get one for dsmlink to even work???im sure these are some newbie question which is why im posting them here .i plan on getting a wideband o2,and a afpr along with the tuning software so i can really monitor whats going on.what i was really wanting to know is if anyone is using the v3 lite and how user friendly it is,thanks in advance guys!!!!!!!!

The eprom ecu has a chip that can be reflashed and is needed for ecmlink or any other type of tuning done with flashing the ecu. Most 95's came with one but you can pull it and check to make sure, if you search you will find pictures to help you.

WBO2 is the best investment for a dsm since this will allow you to see the actual air fuel ratios of the car and you can do all the tuning yourself.

V3 lite is awesome!. It will give you full injector compensation, timing control, fuel control, direct ecu access and a lot more features. Its all you would need to get all the power of your setup.
