94 prelude vtec vs. 97 gst

ok my friend has a 94 honda prelude its a 2.2 vtec i think and he has a aem cold air intake and ractive cat-back exhaust. So i have a 97 gst with greddy BOV, boost controller, and IC piping, and i got a injen technology intake. So he is always talkin crap to me sayin how he can tear my car apart in a race but i think i will be able to take him pretty easy. what do u all think about it should i win or lose? oh yeah were both standard.
